1. How long will it take to receive my shirt?

• If you choose standard shipping (free): 5–7 business days.
• If you choose expedited shipping ($4.99): 3–5 business days.

2. Does Winfleece ship outside the US?

Not yet. We only serve customers in the US to ensure the best shipping quality. But who knows—maybe one day Winfleece will “fly” to the world.

3. Can I return the product?

• Yes. You have 14 days to exchange or return the product. As long as the shirt is intact, unwashed, unused, and has all the tags.
• If the size is wrong, we support size exchange (if available).
• If the jacket is defective or delivered incorrectly, you will receive a 100% refund or a free replacement.

4. How long will it take to get my money back when returning?

Once Winfleece has received and inspected the product, we will process the refund within 5–7 business days. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

• Avoid using a high-heat dryer—it is best to let the jacket dry naturally.

If your order has not been processed (before 2:00 PM EST), you can contact us immediately to cancel or edit.

If your order has been processed and shipped, you can still return it after receiving the item.
