Return & Refund
We know that the first jacket you choose isn’t always the “right one at the right time.” So Winfleece has created a clear and easy return policy so you can shop with complete peace of mind.
1. Return Window
- You have 14 days from the date of receipt to decide if the jacket is really yours.
- After 14 days, we will consider the jacket to be officially part of your journey and it cannot be returned.
2. Return Conditions
- The jacket must be in its original, unused, unwashed, undamaged condition.
- The original labels and packaging must be retained.
- Deeply discounted gift or special offer items may not be eligible for return (we will clearly note this at the time of sale).
3. Returns due to wrong size
- If the shirt you chose does not fit, we are happy to exchange it for another size (if in stock).
- In case the desired size is out of stock, you can choose to get a refund or exchange it for another model.
4. Returns due to Winfleece's fault
- If the shirt is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong model, you will receive:
- 100% refund, or
- Free replacement.
- We will also cover all return shipping costs in this case.
5. Refund Process—How we refund
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The money will be refunded to the same payment method you originally used.
- We will notify you as soon as the process is complete—because we understand that waiting for your money is never a pleasant feeling.
